Pricing questions

What if I go over my included volume?
You keep sending and pay the overage rate for the extra. We never hard-stop delivery at a plan limit — your customers’ password resets should not fail because of a billing threshold. We warn at 80% and again when you cross.
Why is there no big free tier?
Because free tiers on email platforms get farmed by spammers, and their behaviour lands on the same reputation that carries your mail. Sandbox is genuinely free and cannot reach real inboxes — everything you need to evaluate us, nothing an abuser wants.
Per recipient or per message?
Per recipient. A message to three people counts as three. Test-mode sends never count, and a message we reject before handing on does not count either.
Can I get a dedicated IP?
Available on review, but we will usually talk you out of it. Below roughly 100,000 emails a month a dedicated IP has too little volume to build a reputation, so it delivers worse than our shared pool rather than better.

Not sure which plan?
